About the Role
We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join a global Group Programmes and Portfolio function, delivering strategic projects across a complex, international organisation.
The role will focus on business transformation and organisational change, working across global teams to improve ways of working, introduce new technology and deliver measurable business benefits.
This is not purely an IT project management role. You will work across business and technology teams, engaging with customers, operational teams, commercial stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business challenges and deliver effective solutions.
Projects may involve global operating model changes, automation and cost reduction initiatives, technology-enabled transformation, engineering solutions and complex customer go-to-market programmes.
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions, helping to deliver transformation in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, scope, timelines, budget and expected benefits.
- Deliver business transformation and organisational change projects across a global environment.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
- Support initiatives designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity, including automation and technology-enabled change.
- Manage projects involving the implementation or enhancement of technology solutions that support wider business objectives.
- Work across business, technology, operational, commercial and customer-facing teams.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project management approaches according to the requirements of the project.
- Work alongside Change Managers, Business Analysts, Portfolio Managers and other Project Managers to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Track project outcomes and ensure that benefits are clearly defined, measured and realised.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices and ways of working.

- Global transformation initiatives involving new operating models and ways of working.
- Automation and process improvement initiatives designed to reduce operational costs.
- Transformation of global hub-and-spoke operating models and resource allocation.

- Complex global customer go-to-market programmes and rollouts.
- Technology-enabled business transformation.
- Projects requiring collaboration between commercial, operational, technology and customer-facing functions.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has delivered transformation and change projects within a global or complex organisation.
You will have:
- Proven experience delivering business transformation and change projects.
- Experience working within a global or multinational organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across different functions, countries and levels of seniority.
- The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical project solutions.
- Experience working across both business and technology teams.
- Strong project planning, delivery and governance capability.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to clearly articulate your personal responsibility, contribution and impact on previous projects.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to work effectively across different cultures, functions and geographical locations.
Experience with technology-enabled transformation, automation, operating model change, customer transformation or global rollouts would be highly beneficial.
Professional project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent are advantageous.
Seniority
Project Manager:
- Minimum 5 years' project management experience.
- Demonstrable experience delivering complex transformation or change projects.
- Able to independently manage projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating within a global organisation and coordinating activity across multiple countries and functions.
Senior Project Manager:
- Typically 10+ years' project/programme management experience.
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex or high-impact transformation and change projects.
- Able to operate autonomously and take ownership of significant projects or programmes.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Able to provide guidance and mentorship to other Project Managers.
- Experience managing significant budgets, multiple workstreams or concurrent projects is desirable.
