ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of piling and foundation projects , ensuring profitability, quality, and timely execution . This role is a stepping stone toward Head of Projects , combining hands-on project management experience with strategic leadership responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take full ownership of piling and foundation projects, from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage project P&L , ensuring profitability, cost control, and efficient resource utilization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project strategies, schedules, and budgets .
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to resolve complex challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, safety, and quality standards .
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize materials, equipment, and subcontractor management .
• Contribute to business growth and operational strategy as part of the pathway to Head of Projects.
