In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Lead assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through to implementation, transition and formal closure
• Drive transformation initiatives within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, working across business, technology and external delivery partners
• Define clear project outcomes, scope, delivery plans, budgets, quality expectations and success measures
• Manage governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and change control with a strong focus on practical delivery
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape work that delivers measurable business value
• Provide clear, decision-ready updates to sponsors and governance forums while surfacing emerging issues early
• Manage suppliers, delivery partners, commercial commitments and project financials within agreed tolerances
• Ensure testing, training, operational readiness and support arrangements are in place before transition into business operations
