Our New Venture NJD CONTRACTING is looking for SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (Civil Engineer Degree Holder) for New Luxury Villa Construction Project in Dubai.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must have degree of civil Engineer
• Must be an Active DM/ DEWA Approved CIVIL Engineer with a valid SOE certification.
• Must have completed a minimum of 5 Luxury Residential Villa Construction Projects in Dubai.
• Must have knowledge about authorities standards of (DEWA, DCD, DDA, DM & DMCC etc.)
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Should have minimum 10 yrs. experience in site execution
• Should have Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• Valid UAE Driving License

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Ability to take responsibility and execute a project from start to handover
• Coordination with multiple suppliers and team members.
• Monitor the whole project
• To ensure that the project work completion program is strictly implemented
• To meet consultants, contractors and vendors to discuss the site progress
• Report direct to the CEO and client about the site progress , sub-contractor, vendors status and Manpower schedule daily basis.
• To prepare progress report of the assigned site and submit to the management on daily basis
• To discuss the shop drawings with the consultants and contractors, take approvals and ensure that the works are done at the site strictly as per the approved drawings
• To monitor the performance of the team working at assigned sites
• To ensure that the materials at site are stored properly protecting them from possible damages
• To ensure that the remaining materials at site are sent back to the company store
• To ensure timely submission of progress invoices / payment certificate / collection.
• Must have an eye for detail and should be technically sound to pre-empt possible issues in execution and find solutions.
