The Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer – Water Infrastructure to support our Water Infrastructure Team for our Roseville, CA location. In this role, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects across California. You will oversee multidisciplinary project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and support business development efforts while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license in California 15+ years of project management experience in the design and delivery of water resources infrastructure projects Proven experience managing water and wastewater engineering projects in California Strong business development, leadership, and team-building skills Experience designing pipelines, pump stations, water production wells, reservoirs, and lift stations Experience supervising engineers and designers Experience preparing technical specifications, engineer's estimates, schedules, and proposals Preferred: Working knowledge of water system master planning or hydraulic modeling Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $160,000 – $200,000/year (commensurate with experience) Incentives: Discretionary bonus and recognition programs Time Off: 3–4 weeks PTO plus 8 paid holidays (depending on experience) Total Rewards: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family, along with employee ownership and retirement benefits.
