As a Senior Project Manager in our Infrastructure team, you will provide critical support and resources to ensure timely management of projects and programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes and systems are in place for the timely delivery of projects and that milestones that are agreed with the client are met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working as a team member on projects and programs that Palladium Infrastructure has secured.
• Work within the infrastructure team to help identify opportunities to cross sell Palladium Infrastructure services across the business e.g. sustainability.
• Reporting the status and progress of Project milestones.
• Agree Project budgets (Internally with Palladium Infrastructure) and external individual project budgets.
• Contribute to developing new clients and market areas, including expanding Palladium Infrastructure operations in Australia and overseas.
• Track monthly expenses and identify budget variances and reasons.
• Review project quality register on a regular basis and agree mitigation plans for any issues raised, highlighting any major concerns to the Manager / Director where appropriate.
• Additionally, the role requires flexibility for travel, with deployments ranging from 1 to 8 weeks, both domestically and internationally.
