  • Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans across System C, partners and customer teams
  • Coordinate workstreams, milestones and dependencies across multiple organisations
  • Establish effective joint governance and ensure actions and decisions are followed through
  • Maintain oversight of programme-level risks, issues, changes and dependencies
  • Provide clear programme health reporting to executive and steering committee stakeholders
  • Facilitate planning sessions, programme reviews, workshops and governance forums
  • Resolve cross-organisational delivery challenges and areas of misalignment
  • Build trusted relationships across customer, partner and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen delivery processes and ways of working
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of our partner delivery approach across Australia and New Zealand
