As a Sainsbury’s Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple change initiatives that impact the ways of working for hundreds of people across the organisation. It is important to have a proven track record in organisational and change project management, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex priorities. Your strong understanding of technology and experience in embedding change across technology, people, and processes will contribute to your success in this role. Agility, problem-solving skills, and a natural curiosity to challenge the status quo will be key drivers in achieving business objectives. Preferred experience in PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, and process optimisation will be advantageous.
