Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Senior Project Manager - Construction At Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK), the Senior Project Manager supports the delivery of complex infrastructure and construction projects that advance patient care, research, and innovation. This role strengthens Planning, Design & Construction’s execution capacity through disciplined project management, financial stewardship, and collaboration across clinical, research, and operational stakeholders. Role Overview Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex infrastructure and construction projects from planning through closeout Manage day‑to‑day project delivery while aligning with PD&C governance and oversight standards Oversee projects involving critical utilities, MEP systems, and life‑safety upgrades Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal partners to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals Monitor construction progress through site inspections, field reporting, and issue resolution Support evaluation of design concepts for feasibility, constructability, and operational impact Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to support financial discipline Participate in procurement, bidding, and contract award recommendations Mentor junior staff and contribute to consistent project delivery practices Key Qualifications Significant experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects Demonstrated experience delivering projects through all phases of design and construction Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and regulatory requirements Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Experience supporting project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting Core Skills Strong leadership and accountability in complex project environments Clear and effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management Sound judgment and problem‑solving in operationally sensitive settings Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands‑on execution Additional Information: Schedule: Hybrid; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility as needed Location: 885 Third Ave, New York, NY Reporting to: Director, Design & Construction Helpful Links: Compensation Philosophy Benefits Pay Range: $152,400.00 - $251,600.00 FSLA Status: Exempt Closing: At MSK, we believe in fair, competitive pay that reflects your job, experience, and skills.
