Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage strategic projects within COSMOTE Global Solutions NV, ensuring successful delivery in line with company goals and client expectations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, managing teams, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks effectively to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
Coordinate change management activities and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize project delivery processes.
Phase 1: definition of a solution-agnostic Group Target Operating Model, capability set and use cases, leading to ERP tool selection.
Phase 2: translation of the approved TOM into contractual business requirements, leading to the selection of a system integrator and the establishment of a fixed-price contractual baseline.
