Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international best practices. Lead procurement and contract administration for CSA scopes. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with 5+ years in CSA coordination for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects. Experience working in Indonesia. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with international standards and local building codes. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
