Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to Lead and executes mid-sized projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
Location: Wimborne, UK

Your Challenge:

• Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects. Responsible for complex project management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.
• Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, budges, and resource allocation. Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc.
• Monitors project progress, identifies potential risks, and implements mitigation strategies.
• Prepares and presents project status updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Ensures adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.

What You Bring:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Previous Senior Project/Programme Management experience, ideally gained in an engineering environment
• Line Management e.g. of Project Manager, Project Administrator
• Knowledge of MS Office
• In-depth knowledge of process analysis, standardization, continuous improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma and operational excellence programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
