Job Title Senior Project Manager Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of capital works and project activities across the NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, this role is responsible for managing projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, compliantly, on time and within budget. Working across live public precincts, you will collaborate closely with Asset Management, Facilities Management, Event Operations, HSE and external contractors to deliver projects with minimal disruption to operations and stakeholders. Job Description #LI-DNI — Do Not Ingest Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital works, lifecycle and improvement projects Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and reporting requirements Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders across live precinct environments Ensure compliance with governance, safety and operational requirements Manage project reporting, change control and project documentation Coordinate operational impacts, access arrangements and project handovers Support continuous improvement and best-practice project delivery across the portfolio About You Proven experience delivering capital works or infrastructure projects in complex environments Strong project governance, cost control and risk management capability Experience managing contractors, consultants and multiple stakeholders Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills Experience within government or institutional environments desirable Qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline preferred About Us Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm delivering innovative solutions across property, facilities, and project management.
