SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – CYBERSECURITY & SERVICENOW CSOC PLATFORMS

On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity & ServiceNow CSOC Platforms for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – CYBERSECURITY & SERVICENOW CSOC PLATFORMS - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Project Manager will lead the modernization and ongoing service management of core security platforms, with a primary focus on ServiceNow for cybersecurity incident management. This role involves collaborating with security architects and stakeholders to enhance threat use case enablement and CSOC detection capabilities.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – CYBERSECURITY & SERVICENOW CSOC PLATFORMS - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Advanced project/program management expertise in IT modernization and security-focused initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with OPS I&IT frameworks, PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborative team leadership.
• Familiarity with public-sector standards and regulations.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – CYBERSECURITY & SERVICENOW CSOC PLATFORMS – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• ServiceNow ITSM/CSOC application development and administration.
• Experience managing and integrating ServiceNow with SIEM and SOAR platforms.
• Knowledge of vulnerability-management tools and processes.
• Knowledge of cyber risk intelligence platforms.
• Prior experience in government or large regulated organizations.

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for ServiceNow enhancements and other CSOC platforms.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource forecasts, and risk registers.
• Gather requirements for incident management workflows and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with OPS teams, external vendors, and third-party integrators.
• Embed cybersecurity best practices into platform configurations and integrations.
• Facilitate project oversight meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project and security risks, escalating issues as needed.
