ABOUT YOU

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

  • Proven experience in managing strategic and regulatory projects within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Effective Change management skills and ability to drive adoption.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in finance, business or related discipline, project management.
  • One or more professional certifications or equivalent experience (preferably PMP, Agile, etc.).
  • 5-10 year’s experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 5-10 years’ experience in financial services/ Regulatory environment / technology solution implementations. In the role, the successful candidate will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and regulatory projects across multiple business units.
  • Establish and manage project governance structures in accordance with the Davy Change Governance Framework.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders, steercos and other governance forums.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and governance practices.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop high performing teams.
