The Opportunity Due to team growth, current projects and strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced project management and contract administration professional (PMCA) to apply the skills to deliver solutions across Defence Estate and Infrastructure projects and join our team. Our agile and dynamic Australian Defence Estate delivery team lead multi-disciplinary projects that bring together experts from across Beca to provide Project Management, Design, Asset Management and Assurance, and Technical Advisory services to support the growing Enterprise Estate and Infrastructure Program (EEIP). We have developed a strong and valued partnership with Defence, based on our ability to successfully deliver a range of complex facilities and infrastructure projects and programs of work. We have national coverage with team members in each of our Beca offices. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects, we want to expand our teams in Sydney and Brisbane. About you You will have experience working in project management and contract administration teams and be looking for an opportunity that will allow you to step into a project leadership role. This experience may be in significant infrastructure projects planning and/or delivery phases. Being client and delivery-focused, able to learn quickly, take on responsibility for project delivery, and have the flexibility to travel throughout Australia for project work, as required. You will also have: Project management and contract administration (PMCA) experience with a proven track record in delivering facilities and infrastructure projects for Capital Facilities and Infrastructure Branch is essential Experience working within the Defence or National Security environment or broader Government sector Hold (or possess the ability to obtain) a current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher, for which you will require Australian Citizenship Appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering or related discipline will be required A positive and tenacious attitude with an ability makes things happen and alignment with our company purpose to “Make Everyday Better”.
