Responsibilities
  1. Provide high level leadership and management to the Engineering Services Team and manage the program and project delivery at the
    Tennant Creek Hospital and other associated health facilities across the Barkly Region.
  2. Manage all phases of client project delivery, including all internal and external stakeholder reporting requirements. This includes
    traveling to project sites and conducting relevant stakeholder and contractor meetings and establishing and maintaining excellent
    working relationships and communicating effectively.
  3. Direct the establishment and administration of contracts to ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures and Northern
    Territory Government legislation and construction standards are maintained.
  4. Undertake the role of Superintendent’s Representative on a variety of client agency projects, responsible to the Superintendent and
    provide regular reporting of program and project status.
  5. Provide project leadership to Project Management staff, ensuring client project requirements are delivered successfully and meet
    budget, time and quality targets.
  6. Ensure the client is involved in key decision making and is fully informed at all stages of projects, including events which may affect
    completion dates, costs or function of the facility/project.
  7. Carry out all duties in accordance with Departmental WHS, EEO and environmental guidelines.
