Description

Independent planning and management of projects and sub-projects within the given cost, schedule and quality framework.
Ensuring the achievement of objectives and the implementation of all relevant measures within the project timeline.
Technical coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility
Coordination and negotiation with customers, partners and suppliers in cooperation with the specialist departments.
Controlling and ensuring effective internal and external project communication
Monitoring of project progress, deadlines, costs and quality, as well as preparation of status and controlling reports.
Analysis, preparation and presentation of relevant key performance indicators and information for business unit management
Participation in governance and control processes within the business unit
Support and, if necessary, management of internal organizational and optimization projects

Responsibilities

Completed studies in a technical field, e.g. engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
Solid experience in project management and in leading projects and teams
Project management certification (e.g. GPM Level C or equivalent)
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Additional foreign language skills, e.g. Spanish or French, are an advantage.
Willingness to undertake national and international business trips
Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a structured, independent and goal-oriented work style.
Entrepreneurial thinking and economic understanding
Teamwork skills, assertiveness and strong social skills
Intercultural sensitivity and enjoyment of working together in international teams
