WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with our customers while providing consulting services and expert project management governance to ensure the success of their implementation. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM) to join our Professional Services team. The Docusign Professional Services team manages customer implementation and integration projects. The goals of the PM are to develop and manage the schedules for consulting engagements, ensure proactive communication to customers and internal staff, manage enhancement requirements and escalations, and overall project governance. You will use the Docusign Project Management Methodology to initiate, plan, design, execute, monitor, control and close projects. You will manage risks, including making decisions to reduce uncertainty. The PM will play a critical role in the success of the Professional Services team. We are expanding a world class Professional Services organization that already has a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 IT departments, system integrators, independent software manufacturers and open source communities.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Manager, Project Management Office.

This role is also eligible for the following:

• Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
