The purpose of this position is to provide project management expertise in electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical aspects of large Turnkey Electrical Projects. This position is to provide project management expertise to teams of designers, engineers, construction managers and electrical/civil/mechanical contractors. The purpose of this position is to provide project management expertise in electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical aspects of Large Turnkey Electrical Construction Projects. This position is to provide project management expertise to teams of designers, internal and external vendors, customers, construction managers and subcontractors (electrical/civil/mechanical/etc). The majority of projects will reside in either the Southeast Region or West Region depending on your location. Knowledge and skills to manage project scope changes. Ability to develop and maintain project schedules. Ability to create, prioritize and maintain project action item list. Ability to maintain daily/weekly progress reports. Ability to implement project financial controls. Construction estimating and sales support. Ability to work with and manage design teams. Ability to improve subcontractor inefficiencies. Ability to manage subcontractor budgets. Ability to manage safe work environment and program which includes but not limited to job site safety analysis, rigging plans, environmental risk planning, job audits, confined space programs and lock and tag procedures. Ability to maintain accurate as-built documentation and punch-lists. - BS or AS in civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. - Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience - Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project Scheduling software - Knowledge and Experience in Electrical SWGR / Power Distribution, Power System Engineering, Automation, and Controls. - Strong computer skills - SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Must be located in CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV,UT, CO, ID for the West Region or NC, SC, FL, GA, TN or KY for the Southeast Region to be considered, no relocation offered. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certified - Collaborative & People-Focused - Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, ANSI, NETA, NERC/FERC, NESC The application window for this position is anticipated to close on 10/19/25.
