Are you the enthusiastic and self-driven Project Manager we are looking for? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our automation systems delivery projects (New build and Retrofit) in EMEA Marine organization. As a Senior Project Manager you will have a key role to work close to customers, develop relationships and to ensure that our products meet customer expectations. You will take full responsibility of delivering projects and your main tasks include preparation of project plans, managing contract, project profitability, project schedule management, internal and external reporting, risk management, as well as managing contractual disputes with customers and subcontractors. You will be part of EMEA Marine Project Managers Team serving Global Marine customers and your office will be in Tampere. To be successful in this position you should have: Master’s Degree preferred in Automation / Electrical / Energy Engineering 3-5 years project management experience Strong knowledge of processes, solution and customers in industry (marine preferred) Experience in leading of projects in international environment (marine preferred) Proactive and flexible team leadership and people management skills. Very good understanding of HSE regulations Excellent communication skills and Customer service mindset High level of commitment and proactive approach. Ability and willingness to travel We expect you to have fluency in English both written and spoken. German, French, Italy and/or other languages are a valuable advantage.
