Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of energy generation and battery projects from pre-delivery through to commercial operations. This includes development, design, procurement, permitting, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally within energy generation, battery storage, or related sectors
  • Overseeing project planning, scope, risk, and resource management
  • Leading and developing a high-performing project team through direction-setting, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Managing stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with HSEQ and regulatory requirements
  • Driving project close-out and successful transition to operations
  • Supporting business development and contributing to strategic initiatives
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and project resources across all phases
  • Leading assurance reviews and implementing solutions to mitigate risks and issues

Location: Southbank, Melbourne or Pelican Point, Adelaide
Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 days onsite/office, 1-day WFH
Travel: Regular travel between Southbank and Pelican Point
Flexibility is offered; however, the role requires presence at our Southbank office or Pelican Point site 4 days per week. If based in Melbourne, regular travel to Adelaide is essential to collaborate with the project team
