Responsibilities
  1. Initiate, plan and deliver complex strategic business program and projects including initiatives arising from Cabinet, ensure
    their alignment to outcomes through evaluation practices, and provide progress reporting as required.
  2. Provide support to develop and implement consistent agency-wide contemporary best practice and contextually
    appropriate program and project management frameworks and methodologies, covering scope management, benefits
    realisation, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, timeframes, resources, risk and issues and communications.
  3. Establish and support agency wide capability development and cultural change to support implementation of the program and
    project management framework and methodology.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with school representatives, department business areas, vendors and
    stakeholders to support achievement of project deliverables in the required timeframe.
  5. Provide guidance to business areas developing project proposals and support their engagement with the appropriate
    governance bodies.
