This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact projects across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects with moderate to high regulatory oversight, managing project risks, and collaborating closely with executive stakeholders. Accountabilities Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation through completion in alignment with business and enterprise strategies. Lead Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects of moderate to high complexity; may also contribute to Tier 1 projects. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams, including Business Analysts, SMEs, and Technology Resources. Partner with business and executive stakeholders to ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met. Monitor project risk profiles, track budgets, forecast financials, and implement mitigation strategies. Drive organizational change by guiding cross-functional teams through complex initiatives from concept to execution. Foster a positive work environment, promote team development, and attract top talent. Undergraduate degree required; Project Management Certification mandatory. 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in complex, regulated environments. Deep knowledge of project management principles, practices, and procedures. Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve results in complex stakeholder environments. Strong facilitation, strategic thinking, and business acumen. Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills. Resilience under pressure and ability to manage ambiguity and rapid change. Experienced in guiding teams through cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
