Tasks Lead and manage multiple compliance-focused software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Boost IT's strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on compliance-related projects. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices in the software development industry. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
