Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple assigned internal or customer-related projects that span one or multiple business lines
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, customer relationships, communications, budget, change, risks, and issues
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to full production deployment across global facilities
  • Define the statement of work, specifications, and test requirements by directly interfacing with product line management, Engineering, R&D, business line lead, or external customer
  • Identify the need for agility and apply appropriate tools
  • Closely works with sales to ensure commercial targets are being met
  • Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Monitor, track, and adjust outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
  • Head project meetings, internally and at the customer site, and provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, to customers and management
  • Contribute to establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and trainings to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Contribute to the coaching, mentoring, and project shadowing of new and less experienced team members
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Company representation at fairs and at the customer
  • Support of marketing activities and PR (mainly tech articles)
