About your role The Senior Project Manager roles will partner with senior stakeholders across ISS, leading the delivery of a variety of exciting and complex technology and change initiatives across the Fidelity organisation. Essential skills include: manage, motivate and influence project teams and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle demonstrate a good understanding of project delivery methodologies, including agile understand system architecture, software development workflows and infrastructure concepts ensure projects follow good governance practice and adhere to the FIL Enterprise Change Framework identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, with timely escalation where appropriate strong collaboration skills, with the ability to bring people together to work as a team strong communication skills including presentations, written reports and verbal communication communicate the status of projects clearly to clients, management, and other stakeholders a good understanding of Fidelity’s products and services In a senior leadership position, your engagement with the project teams and business stakeholders is a pivotal part of the role, as is your ability to motivate and support team members, as well as communicate effectively. About you With a solid background in the implementation of complex technology and change projects, along with a background in successful leadership, particularly in a project matrix environment, you are the person we need.
