Job Description In your new role you will: Be responsible for Project Management of Firmware for Microcontroller-based products serving our PSI Business Line for DC/DC Module, Digital controllers, etc. Manage diverse project team and take ownership to provide Firmware developed and released in time, at cost, with a defined scope and in committed quality Align requirements (functionality, quality, schedule, budget...)with stakeholders Be in charge of project planning (resource, schedule, technical deliverables), tracking schedule, cost and status reporting Take care of close co-operation and interaction with multiple, internal and external stakeholders Be responsible for handling end-to-end firmware deliveries in a high-paced environment for complex Microcontroller Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software/IT Engineering or similar More than 8+ years of work experience and at least more than 5 years of experience in project management (ideally in the Semiconductor industry) A certification in Project Management IPMA-C Know-how and interest in Project Methodology development and strong technical background in software tools and electronics An ambitious attitude and be able to manage risk in a challenging environment Willingness to Strive for excellence: think in solutions, improve continuously, execute efficiently Embedded systems and solution knowledge (e.g., Software, Firmware, Hardware and Boards) Fluent English communication and presentation skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
