A rapidly expanding, independent construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help drive growth in its Bristol office. Renowned for its collaborative culture and innovative, value-driven approach, the business delivers high-profile schemes across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed-use sectors. Typical project values range from £5 million to £75 million.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Take full accountability for a portfolio of complex projects from initial concept through to handover
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination of designers, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Develop and own project plans, budgets, risk registers, and quality assurance processes
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery methods, cost-efficiency, and sustainability
• Mentor and coach junior project staff, fostering a high-performance culture

To excel in this role, you’ll have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, APM) or significant progress towards accreditation
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-million-pound construction projects within a consultancy environment
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunitie
