We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a series of high-impact initiatives focused on modernizing processes, systems, and technology within a property assessment environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering short-term (three-to-six-month) outcomes, driving projects through their full lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and close-out. This role involves defining project scope, sequencing activities, coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality results. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience managing IT system-related projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong communication skills with senior stakeholders, and a recognized project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Experience in property appraisal, mapping, or tax policy, along with knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, Clarity, or Remedy, will be considered strong assets.
