Shape the Future of Energy. Middleton Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of multi-disciplined projects and project teams. The role will involve fostering client relationships and exploring opportunities for growth, client management, and a high level of involvement in the technical aspects of the projects. In collaboration with senior management, you will have commercial responsibility of major energy infrastructure projects. Other responsibilities include: Identification of project opportunities within existing client portfolios and new client opportunities. Ensuring projects are correctly budgeted, resourced and delivered within scheduled timeframes. Leadership and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Actively driving and participating in tender and proposal preparation. Preparation of monthly reporting on project performance against budgets. Interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders, enhancing Fyfe's presence and position within the Australia market. What We're Looking For: Bachelor of Engineering, ideally with a background in HV Electrical, Civil Structural. Strong background in complex, multidiscipline projects Demonstrated project delivery experience in a design consultancy is highly desirable. Well connected, driven and ambitious, you will be confident in your ability to open doors and drive business development across the energy industry. Proven experience in both technical and people management. Demonstrable history in delivering and range of mid to major projects utilising current best practices. Demonstrated success in business development and acquisition of clients. Strong analytical and technical report- writing skills.
