Responsibilities
  • Lead project scope development, management, and execution to achieve project goals.
  • Define program objectives, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with contract terms and corporate policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day project delivery, including resource planning, KPIs, and client engagement.
  • Act as the company’s representative, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to schedules, plans, and specifications.
  • Negotiate changes to project scope with clients and subcontractors.
  • Identify and secure additional opportunities with clients.
  • Develop and oversee project execution plans, HSE plans, and quality assurance processes.
  • Supervise business, technical, financial, and administrative project functions.
  • Provide guidance on engineering procedures, construction methods, and financial planning.
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Oversee staffing requirements and resource allocation for project success.
