We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in electro-mechanical engineering to lead complex design and development projects in the Research and Development team within Gill.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role or similar capacity within a relevant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Delivering projects on time and within budget.
• 5-7 years of Project Management in Electronic-Mechanical Engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects to support engineering teams.
• Eligible for BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) or hold a valid UK Security clearance.
• PRINCE2 or APM Qualifications would be advantageous in providing an understanding of project contexts.
