POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead and manage complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Tampa, FL area. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who excels in team leadership, client relations, and delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment. The SPM will oversee multiple Project Managers and play a key role in both operational execution and strategic growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction management, including team leadership.
• Proven track record in water/wastewater infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and respond effectively to operational demands.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as project needs dictate.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and analyze job cost reports and Work-In-Progress (WIP) projections.
• Evaluate and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to explore and implement value engineering alternatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
