A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a focus on electrical engineering to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major and minor capital projects within healthcare infrastructure. This role involves stakeholder collaboration, compliance management, and budget control to ensure the successful development and maintenance of essential facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within capital development or infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety standards, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in BIM, CAD, and other project management software is desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of capital projects across healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  • Oversee procurement, contractor selection, and project scheduling.
  • Maintain budget control and provide regular financial updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate stakeholder consultations, ensuring projects meet operational needs.
  • Supervise design teams, site staff, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Support the commissioning and equipping of new healthcare facilities.
