OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of ground-up hospitality and civil construction projects in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate combines strategic project leadership with a deep understanding of local codes, permitting, and jurisdictional requirements for high-value hotel, resort, and mixed-use hospitality developments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 15 years of civil construction experience, with significant hospitality project experience.
  • Proven track record managing ground-up hospitality and civil projects exceeding $50M in value.
  • In-depth knowledge of Wisconsin building codes, municipal processes, and environmental compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of hospitality-focused civil construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts.
  • Oversee design coordination, procurement, and risk management processes.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, hotel brand representatives, and local agencies to ensure timely approvals and inspections.
  • Prepare and process change orders, RFIs, and progress billings.
