You'll take ownership of a major digital engagement initiative focused on improving the user journey, increasing adoption and shaping the future direction of a large-scale portal and application environment.

While the platform already offers extensive functionality, the organisation is looking to strengthen engagement, reduce fragmentation across digital channels and create a more seamless experience for end users.

This role will lead that next phase of maturity, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to establish priorities, refine the roadmap and deliver ongoing enhancements.

Working within a highly agile environment, you'll engage with multiple stakeholder groups, manage competing priorities and ensure new initiatives are successfully integrated into the broader digital ecosystem.
