Dewberry’s Fairfax, VA office is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager - Healthcare to serve as the primary liaison between our team and the client. In this pivotal role, you will manage projects from initial concept through design, bidding, negotiation, and construction administration, ensuring a seamless experience that fosters long-term client relationships and positions us to win future projects.
Leveraging your extensive healthcare credentials and deep understanding of the Richmond regional market, you will utilize existing client relationships while actively establishing new connections to acquire new healthcare projects. Your proactive approach will enable you to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and effectively. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional engineering documents that not only meet client needs but also adhere to project specifications and governing standards.
ACCOMPLISHED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (PE) WITH 15+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
