Oversee multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, procurement, operations, and consultants to ensure coordinated execution. Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring milestones are met and financial controls are maintained. Drive stakeholder engagement, including owners, operators, authorities, consultants, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and timely decision‑making. Ensure quality assurance and risk management, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to safeguard project outcomes. Uphold compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental sustainability commitments. Report project status through structured progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
