The Mission: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to be the driving force behind our new and existing hotel projects. You are the nexus where visionary design meets flawless execution, ensuring our unique aesthetic translates perfectly into reality, on budget and on schedule. What You'll Deliver: Design-to-Reality Master: Collaborate closely with Lambert McGuire Design (LMD) and specialized consultants to translate conceptual designs into technical specifications for new hotels. This includes mastering the details of F&B layouts, low voltage/AV (audio visual), and custom millwork. The Problem Solver: Be the primary owner's representative during Construction Administration. You’ll be managing change orders, reviewing technical plans (redlining), ensuring closeout of deferred permits, and steering the project through the final punch list with precision. Portfolio Curator: For our existing iconic properties, you’ll lead high-impact capital expenditure (CapEx) projects—from major R&M (repair and maintenance) efforts and landscape overhauls. You will manage schedules, coordinate with operational teams, and ensure all work upholds MML's refined standards. Financial Steward: Maintain razor-sharp focus on budgets and timelines, coordinating with accounting to keep our financial vision aligned with our creative one. You're the right fit if you have: A passion for high-end hospitality and design. 7–10 years of robust project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on complex hospitality or restaurant projects. The ability to seamlessly manage cross-functional teams, budgets, complex contracts, and shifting timelines. Expertise in the A&E process: redlining plans, managing risk, and understanding the nuances of guest-centric design and operations. A "road warrior" spirit: strong organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to travel as needed for site oversight and coordination.
