Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager – Strategic Projects Delivery & Change plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex, multi‑year strategic initiatives that drive growth, unlock new revenue streams, and create value across the HUB24 Group ecosystem. Operating within the Group PMO and reporting to the Head of Project Management, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact programs across Operations and the broader Group, working closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams spanning technology, platform products, finance, legal, marketing, and external partners. Beyond delivery excellence, this role offers the opportunity to influence early‑stage program design, navigate ambiguity, and help bring innovative ideas to life in a fast‑evolving environment. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned project leader who thrives on complexity, values collaboration, and is passionate about delivering outcomes that improve operational effectiveness and empower better financial futures. Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment to business objectives and value outcomes. Apply robust project management disciplines to drive quality delivery, mitigate risk, and improve the likelihood of project success. Define and manage project scope, deliverables, governance structures, and clear roles and responsibilities. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including critical paths, milestones, and dependencies. Oversee project resourcing, ensuring appropriate capability, availability, and allocation across the lifecycle. Set, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency. Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues with timely mitigation strategies. Track performance against key metrics and provide clear, regular reporting to senior stakeholders and management. Lead project closure activities, including transition to business-as-usual and post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned. Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to enable effective collaboration and delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related discipline. PMI/PMP certification or equivalent from an accredited organisation. 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager within the wealth management industry, ideally with wrap platform exposure. Proven success delivering projects in fast‑paced environments, meeting time, cost, and quality objectives. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills across all organisational levels. Highly developed analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑influencing capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum under pressure.
