ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-discipline real estate projects across high-profile institutional campuses in Washington, D.C. You’ll oversee projects from planning through closeout, diligently managing resources, budgets, and timelines to achieve strategic business goals within a dynamic, campus-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all phases of real estate projects—including design, construction, occupancy, and closeout—across multiple campus facilities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans: define scope, allocate resources, estimate costs, and establish schedules and milestones.
• Manage contractor selection and RFP processes, evaluating bids and recommending qualified vendors.
• Drive project execution, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through regular status meetings and clear communication.
• Innovate process improvements that elevate department-wide performance and efficiency.
• Mentor junior PMs by sharing deep expertise across disciplines.
• Lead by example: inspire collaboration, consensus-building, and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Contribute to operational improvements, new workflows, and department strategies.
• Confidently present complex project insights to clients, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
