REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, with 3+ years specifically managing IAM or cybersecurity implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of IAM technologies and concepts (e.g., IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, provisioning, access governance).
• Experience working with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Azure AD.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed or client environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Senior Project Manager – IAM, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of IAM implementation engagements. You will work closely with technical leads, solution architects, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and manage identity-related projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and Lead and manage full lifecycle IAM implementation projects (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD, CyberArk).
• Develop project plans, scope, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with engineering, solution architecture, and client security teams to drive successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Identify, manage, and resolve project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates and executive summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained and delivered as per contractual obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
