Job Description You will be managing complex ASIC development projects for Consumer Electronics Within the dedicated projects you are responsible for targets with respect to scope, time, quality and budget As a central contact person, you coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders, including foundry business partners Based on your monitoring you report the project status to relevant stakeholders Development and implementation of recovery plans for unforeseen occurrences You lead, support and motivate a cross functional team in an international and global environment Qualifications Personality: You are a strong and self-driven leader. You aren't afraid of talking to stakeholders and team members and you can convince and inspire others with your ideas. Enthusiastic and creative team player, willingness to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment, assertive and analytical. Working style: Analytical, structured and fact based. Real team player who is used to work in an international and diverse environment. You can convince stakeholders while considering their needs how asic project needs to be defined, implemented, deployed and maintained. Experience and Knowledge: Deep knowledge of mixed signal ASIC design and semi-conductor processes required; Solid professional experience in IC development and demonstrable experience in leading a team in technical projects Language: Proficient English language skills (C1), German and Finnish are plus. Education: Degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar technology related programs.
