ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle for client-facing software delivery engagements — from inception through team launch, execution, and closure. You will manage project plans, budgets, and financials, serve as the primary client contact, lead and mentor engineering teams, and implement Agile delivery processes to ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes. The role combines strong delivery discipline with client ownership and team management in a fast-paced IT services environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure; - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; - Develop project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management; - Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders; - Establish processes to ensure successful project delivery; - Lead and motivate development teams; - Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and process bottlenecks; - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders; - Monitor client satisfaction, manage expectations, and handle escalations; - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; - Build and maintain strong client relationships; - Conduct status meetings and provide project updates to clients; - Manage project estimates, budgets, financials, and forecasts; - Launch teams and establish effective project management processes; - Coordinate team activities, performance management, and professional development; - Mentor and develop team and client leadership; - Coordinate promotions and recruiting activities; - Ensure team engagement through regular 1:1s and career development initiatives. MUST HAVES - Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience; - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects; - Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to end, including inceptions; - Experience working cross-functionally with Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers; - Strong financial knowledge, with experience managing project budgets and financial reporting; - High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail; - Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders; - Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships; - Proficiency in project management software and tools; - Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills; - Availability to work with 5-6 hours of overlap with EST/CST; - Upper-intermediate English level.
