Senior Project Manager II SUMMARY  Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager II to lead large or multiple projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, safety, and strong customer relationships through exceptional service and team mentoring. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise overall financial health of projects * Develop and maintain project financial projections * Allocate project estimate into financial system * Determine cost codes, approve invoices, manage budget decisions * Provide financials and billings to accounting for timely payment * Handle subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and selections * Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, manage career development * Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative * Handle change orders, obtain customer/architect approval * Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, compliance QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience * Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience * Current driver’s license * Basic understanding of construction law and business practices * Active listening and effective communication skills * Ability to travel up to 100% * Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans A few benefits offered include:  (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) * Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage  * Dental plan  * 401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match * Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves  * Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance  * No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources * Tuition reimbursement  * Adoption Assistance   * Gym Membership Discount Program   The base pay range for this role is $158,900 - $238,400. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
