POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the client and all internal departments involved in the Data and Fortellis implementation process. The SPM has primary responsibility and accountability for the project management and delivery of a successful implementation for any assigned projects.
The Senior Project Manager owns every aspect of the customers engagement from the time of contract roll call through onboarding, certification, and deployment. This position is responsible for interfacing with multiple internal and external groups to ensure that all stakeholders of the team are kept apprised of the status and that project dependencies are documented, coordinated, and aligned for success. While this position will not carry any direct reports , the successful candidate must be able to lead teams in matrixed environment. The SPM will be working with multiple areas of Data & Fortellis including but not limited to Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Care.
