What You Bring to the Table * Manages Teams and ultimately responsible for the preparation of complete close out by submitting Final Pay App and Waivers, O&M Manuals and attic stock within 30 days of substantial completion. * Travel to project site and overnight stays will be required. * Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate willingness to learn how to use the following software applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore/Project Sight, P6 Primavera, MS Project, Viewpoint, Viewpoint Field Work Center, and HCSS.
