Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 135904–152487 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Product Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables related to MCAS 5.0 migration. Also create and maintain the solution vision, roadmap, and product backlog of work through the project’s life cycle. Translate features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements. Oversee the execution of project tasks, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and requirements. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress, address issues, and manage expectations.
- Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure that project deliverables adhere to Payments landscape
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project execution and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address project challenges and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including technical experts, business analysts, and implementation specialists.
- Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure project success.
- Communication: Develop and deliver clear and concise project status reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
