Als Senior Project Manager in unserem Team sind Sie neben dem Site Lead im Projekthaus im Raum Stuttgart tätig, um ein lokales Engineering-Support-Team zu leiten und gleichzeitig der Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden zu sein. Eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Entwicklung/Ausführung des Infotainmentsystems der nächsten Generation spielen In Ihrer täglichen Arbeit werden Sie: · Seien Sie die primäre Schnittstelle zum Kunden mit Management- und Kommunikationsausrichtung zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern. · Standortleiter im Projekthaus und Leitung des lokalen Engineering-Teams. · Integrierter Teil des gesamten Projektteams, der das Infotainment-Projekt der nächsten Generation durch funktionsintegrierte Teams erfolgreich startet (Schwerpunkt auf Kosten, Qualität, Zeit, Lieferung und Methodik). · Besprechungen organisieren und Managementbesprechungen vorbereiten Kenntnisse: · Master- oder Bachelorabschluss im Ingenieurwesen mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung · Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Produktentwicklungsprozess bei der Markteinführung technischer Produkte vorzugsweise im Bereich User Experience/Infotainment · Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement seit mehr als 5 Jahren und nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei erfolgreich gestarteten Projekten im Infotainment-Bereich. · Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Teams zu führen und Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen · Kenntnisse im technischen Berichtswesen und in Zusammenfassungen · Planungs-/Organisationsfähigkeiten · Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt · Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse bevorzugt · Fähigkeit zur Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Stakeholdern in einer Matrixorganisation WHY JOIN US? • You can grow at Aptiv.
